It was something small; could not distinguish exactly what. It was night and dark and it was standing on soil, mud everywhere; impossible to say what that could have been. It took a while until the rain was gone. After few sunny days, it was no longer there, at least not the way it used to be. It was a little bit of green… small and green. Looking around, saw it’s up on the hill, windy almost all the time. Started hooking on its own soil, until got strong roots, stronger and stronger each day.

Life was a happy moment everyday; enjoying every windy moment, every sunny day, every flake of snow, every star that could be seen on sky over night. Until was big enough to realize its position: the guardian of the castle! It was there to be the trusted guardian of the main entry of the castle. Could see the history changing, children growing up, people getting killed and at the end the castle remaining empty, but actually full of people, so-called visitors, coming every day to hear stories.

Is the only one alive to know the real story of everything, but who knows how to listen?
